New Curves
This is the hunting knife I just finished, which has some curves on the handle design. The blade bended upwards after the quenching, thus the handle design follows such curve.
The handle is very comfortable as well as the rounded guard. The blade was forged from a piece of 5160 steel, the guard is made of stainless steel and the handle is made of a very dense Brazilian wood called Braúna.

Cocobolo Hunter
New hunting knife, made from 5160 steel. It has an overall length of 22cm (aprox 9").
The guard was made from a 1/2" thick plate of 316 stainless steel and the pins are made of the same material.
The shape follows the previous ones, although I'm trying to incorporate curves on the front and beck of the handle.
The handle itself if made of a piece of Cocobolo that is very similar to the Brazilian rosewood (Jacarandá da Bahia).

Damascus Hunter
A new Damascus hunting knife. The blade was forger from the rest of previous Damascus bar (old files and 15n20). The handle is made of Bocote and pins are stainless steel. The blade received a selective quenching, although it produced an undesirable effect on the Damascus pattern.

Bocote Hunter
This is a new hunting knife I made. Just like the previous one, it is still an attempt to produce a copy of the one I made during Sfreddo's course.
I took special care to the rate between the blade and handle length. The back of the handle is curved to merge the blade and create a fluid overall shape.
It is made of 5160 carbon steel, the guard is 304 stainless steel and the handle is a piece of Bocote wood.
I took a picture of both knives, the one I am trying to reproduce and this last one.

Integral
This is a 5260 carbon steel Integral I just finished. The blade has 6 1/2" long (~17cm) and the overal length is 11" (~28cm). The shape has some elements of a fighting knife particulary for the bowie style tip and a curved back.
The handle is made of Marblewood (Angelim Rajado) and has a hand sand finish with Tunge oil. The handle has some bevels and cavities to better fit to the hand, and I tried to keep well defined edges.

Imbuia Hunter 2
This is a new hunting knife I made. It was forged from a 5160 flat bar and has 4 1/2" (~11,5cm) length. Just like the previous ones, the layout has defined edges and a simple shape. the blade received selective quenching.
The guard and pins are stainless steel (316), while the handle is made of Imbuia burl. It was finished by hand sanding and received tungue oil for protection.

Damascus Hunter
Recently I bought a hydraulic press and produced a Damascus bar.
Although the press makes easier to produce the damascus, I coud not manage to create an uniform pattern. Thus, this first bar is an aleatory pattern with few rain drops. It is made of 1095 carbon steel (old files) and 15N20 and have near 200 layers. In order to produce the desired contrast between the layers, the knife was eached in Ferric Perchlorate and then Phosphatized.
The overall shape follows the last hunters I made. The blade is approximatly 4 inches long and was silver soldered to the guard, made of the same damascus piece. The handle is Olive Wood hand sanded and treated with Tung oil.
The sheat was made of dyed leather and ornamented with some basic stamps.
